The Process

Book a Consultation

1. Book a Virtual Consultation ($50 fee)
2. Attend your virtual consult on Zoom, where we will go over all your questions and talk about pricing and maintenance.
3. Ready to book? We'll pull up the calendar right then to schedule your transformation.
4. The SUADE Guest Services team will follow up with you to collect your non-refundable deposit ($500). This secures your stylist's time and reserves your hair extensions.

Install Day

Blended & Extended

Getting extensions isn’t just about adding length and volume—it’s about creating a seamless, natural blend that's made for you. We start by colouring your natural hair to achieve your perfect shade. While your colour processes, we custom-tone your extensions to ensure they blend flawlessly.

Note: This can take up to a full day, depending on your hair goals. If needed, we can split the process into two appointments—one day for colour, another for installation.

Extended Only

You love your colour; you're just looking for more length and volume. An extensions-only install appointment will take approximately 2-4 hours depending on whether you're getting one row or two. We still bring the finesse to ensure your extensions blend flawlessly with your natural hair. If needed, we can colour them at that time to make sure the match is perfect.​

Moving Up Your Extensions

To keep your extensions looking fresh and feeling comfortable, we recommend a move-up appointment every 8 weeks. We carefully take out your extensions and cleanse them. Your natural hair gets a thorough wash to keep your scalp happy and healthy. Then, we put your extensions back in, ensuring a seamless, natural look.

You can use the same hair for 8 months to 1 year.

Removing Your Extensions

Whether you're taking a break or switching up your look, we offer professional extension removal to ensure your hair stays healthy and strong. We carefully take out your extensions, leaving your natural hair in great condition—no damage, no stress! ($50)
